Luxury Women's Apparel Leader, Carlisle Etcetera, Announces New Chief

NEW YORK, Nov. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Carlisle Etcetera LLC, a leader in the woman's luxury apparel segment, is pleased to announce the appointment of Terrence Moorehead as Chief Executive Officer effective November 2, 2015.

Mr. Moorehead brings over 25 years of experience in beauty and fashion and is a proven leader with a track record of delivering results.  His experience transforming businesses across multiple regions and categories is integral to the company's strategy to expand the business and strengthen their leadership position in the women's luxury apparel and accessories market.

Mr. Moorehead joins Carlisle Etcetera from the European beauty house, Dana, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer.  He led Dana's transformation and rejuvenated the company with an improved consumer focus that emphasized strengthening brands, improving new product innovation, and streamlining costs.  Prior to Dana, Mr. Moorehead was a Senior Executive at Avon, serving as President and CEO in several of the company's international markets, including Italy, Canada, and Japan.  He was also a Management Consultant with the international consulting firm, Booz, Allen & Hamilton.

A native New Yorker, Mr. Moorehead received a BA in Economics and Marketing from Boston College and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Columbia Business School.
