LW Hospitality Advisors (LWHA) Announces Expansion With Opening of Atlanta Office

NEW YORK and ATLANTA, Jan. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Daniel Lesser, President & CEO of LW Hospitality Advisors LLC (LWHA) today announced the opening of an Atlanta office to be led by Tony Jenkins MAI, CCIM, ISHC.  Mr. Jenkins will serve as Managing Director, and brings more than 25 years of experience in a wide range of hospitality operational, valuation, and advisory services.  Mr. Jenkins provides services to corporate, institutional and individual clients on many facets of hospitality real estate including: expert testimony, site evaluation, highest and best use analysis, appraisals, feasibility and market studies.

Most recently, Mr. Jenkins served as VP with PKF Consulting USA.  Mr. Jenkins was previously a partner with the hotel consulting and valuation firm Atlantic Hospitality Advisors (AHA), which merged with PKF Consulting USA during 2010. Prior to joining AHA, Mr. Jenkins was Principal of Province Valuation Group, and he served as General Manager and Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Southmark Hospitality Management. 

Mr. Jenkins earned a B.S. in Hotel Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.  He is an MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), as well as a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and serves on the Valuation Committee of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF).
