MAA Announces Update to Its Brand and Logo

(NYSE: MAA) announced today that as part of a new branding project initiated to better reflect the company's operating footprint and focus on the high growth Sunbelt region of the U.S., the company will be conducting business as MAA.

The company's new web site,, went live today with the new brand identity and increased functionality for current and future residents and for investors.
