MAACO® Opens New Customer-Centric Retail Center in Lauderhill, FL

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jan. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- MAACO^®, part of Driven Brands family of automotive companies, today announced the opening of a new franchise center in Lauderhill, FL. Opening on Monday, January 6, the new MAACO® center is the first to feature the brand's completely new customer-centric retail format and image.

Designed to put the customer first, the new MAACO^® center offers a host of industry "firsts" including:   

• Digital Sales Boards featuring informative videos that ensure a reliable experience and transparency by empowering customers to make the best decision for their car.
• Innovative Kiosks providing a consultative approach to customer service, so that a client works collaboratively with and alongside a salesman rather than from across a sterile counter.
• A Retail Color Wall featuring 23 unique paint color options, allowing customers to experience first-hand the various types of car paints available for their personal MAACOVER™ as well as drawing attention to the unlimited colors  MAACO^® can provide.
• Point-of-Sale Retail Displays that add value to a client's knowledge and experience and feature MAACO^®-approved products (protectants, cleaning products, and wax) developed to enhance the look and feel of their car.

Employing approximately 10 technicians in the area, the opening of the Lauderhill center marks Chertock's commitment to the business community of South Florida.  Chertock, who currently owns an existing location in Delray Beach, FL, also plans to open centers at two additional locations during the next two years.
