Madison Industries and Sanderling Healthcare Sign Exclusive Agreement

LOS ANGELES and NASHVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Madison Industries, Inc., the nation's leading manufacturer of commercial grade, pre-engineered structures, today has signed a world-wide exclusive agreement with Sanderling Healthcare, LLC to build healthcare facilities. John S. Frey, Jr., Chief Executive Officer of Madison, announced their agreement, formalizing a relationship that has been in the making between Madison and the Sanderling's Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Jerome Tannenbaum, since 2001.

"Dr. Tannenbaum began building dialysis clinics with our company almost 10 years ago and has since built over 20 such facilities.
