Founded in 2008 and based in Epping, North Dakota, MonDak is a portable toilet manufacturing, delivery and servicing company that rents and sells portable toilets and trailers. The facility was provided by North Avenue Capital. The transaction was announced by Charles Botchway, CEO of Madison Street Capital and led by Senior Managing Director, Lester "Jay" Rodgers.
