Madison Williams Expands Energy Research Team: Jeff Spittel and Sonny Randhawa to Cover Oil Services Sector

NEW YORK, March 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Madison Williams and Company (www.madisonwilliams.com), an integrated capital markets and advisory firm, announced that Jeffrey Spittel, Managing Director and Senior Oil Services analyst, and Sonny Randhawa, Managing Director and Oil Services analyst, have joined the firm.  Both Mr. Spittel and Mr. Randhawa will be based in the company's Houston, Texas, office. With the additions of Mr. Spittel and Mr. Randhawa, Madison Williams has strengthened its position as a well-known industry leader in the energy sector.  

Jeff Spittel has more than five years of experience covering the oil services, engineering and construction, and energy macro spaces. Prior to joining Madison Williams, Mr. Spittel was a Senior Research Analyst at Pritchard Capital Partners, where he covered energy-focused engineering and construction names, as well as oilfield services.  Previously, he was an Oilfield Services Analyst with Natixis Bleichroeder's Houston-based energy research team.  Mr. Spittel has also worked at The Gerdes Group; Spear, Leeds and Kellogg Capital Markets; and Cantor Fitzgerald. Mr. Spittel earned an MBA in Finance from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Holy Cross College in Massachusetts.

Sonny Randhawa has over 10 years of combined experience as an analyst and consultant to the energy industry.  Most recently, he was a Senior Oilfield Services Analyst at Banc of America Securities.  Mr. Randhawa was a member of Banc of America's number-one ranked energy team, which was recognized by Forbes, in 2008, for stock picking and earnings accuracy. Prior to BofA, he was a Senior Consultant in the Financial and M&A Advisory segments at both Arthur Andersen and KPMG. Mr. Randhawa holds an MBA in Finance from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas.
