Magnets.com Announces Acquisition of Customized Stickers

JERSEY CITY, N.J., Feb. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Magnets.com, a leading producer of custom, high quality promotional refrigerator magnets, announced today the acquisition of Customized Stickers (www.customizedstickers.com), a premier designer and manufacturer of custom stickers - http://www.customizedstickers.com - including decals, labels, bumper stickers, and vinyl stickers.

With this acquisition, Magnets.com has one of the industry's broadest portfolios of custom products, services, and business solutions.  The complementary combined offerings are focused on helping the company's 50,000+ large and small customers market and grow their business, all with the confidence and seamlessness of dealing with a single provider for all their needs.

Based in League City, Texas, the Customized Stickers business will be fully operated and managed out of Magnets.com's Jersey City, NJ headquarters starting immediately.
