With the Grand Parkway traversing through the middle of the Valley Ranch community, the Town Center is designed on the North and South hard corners of Highway 59 and the Parkway. The 1,000,000 square foot project will be anchored by major grocer and Big Box retailers as well as an upper end movie theater. A full array of restaurants and hotels are also in the master plan overlooking the 60-acre public park as part of the 1,400 acre master planned community developed by the Signorelli Company.
Danny Signorelli, CEO of the company stated, "We have been working on this project for several years, and since we own the land, it has given us an advantage that many developers usually don't have: the advantage of time. We've had time to wait out a challenging market which allowed us to work on entitlements, environmental, and all of the time consuming pre-development issues that we have now completed."
Signorelli remarked his company "is in discussions with many of the key tenants and anticipate agreements later this year and ground breaking in 2012. The vertical construction will follow in line with the delivery of the Grand Parkway. There is a lot of great progress on that front, so we look forward to moving to the next step of this exciting development."
