ITC allows the label-free study of a wide variety of molecular interactions and the Malvern MicroCal PEAQ-ITC and PEAQ-ITC Automated systems deliver exceptional sensitivity and outstanding data quality at high speed. Manual ITC systems are widely used in basic life science research, structure function analysis, protein research and drug target characterization. Incorporated in the new systems are user-friendly guided workflows with embedded help videos that give any level of user the ability to generate high quality data. In addition, high signal to noise gives confidence in data quality and in the relevance of the affinity and thermodynamic parameters generated. An all new data analysis software package can simulate experiment design, provide batch evaluation of large data sets and automated assessment of data quality, while its streamlined interface improves workflow by guiding the user to final figures and presentation quality graphs quickly and easily. In terms of hardware, a new automated washing system uses detergent to clean the sample cell and titration syringe, minimizing
day-to-day maintenance and assisting the production of high quality reproducible data. Furthermore, this manual system is upgradeable to an automated ITC.

The Malvern MicroCal PEAQ-ITC Automatedis a fully automated ITC system that will replace the current Malvern MicroCal Auto-ITC200.Its robust new design is coupled with the same all new data analysis package featured in the manual system.
