(NASDAQ Capital Market: MAMS) (the "Company" or "MAM"), a leading global provider of on-premise and cloud-based business management solutions for the auto parts, tire and vertical distribution industries, announced that it will report financial results for its 2015 fiscal third quarter ended March 31, 2015 on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 after the close of the markets. The Company has scheduled a conference call for Thursday, May 7, 2015, at 9 a.m. ET to review the results.
