Man Wah Secured USD1.8 Million Orders from its Maiden Participation in Birmingham Fair

Man Wah Holdings Limited ("Man Wah" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries the "Group", HKEx stock code: 1999), an award-winning Chinese enterprise with its "CHEERS" brand of recliner sofas, participated in the UK largest exhibition "Interiors 2011" in Birmingham, UK from Jan 23 to 26, 2011, which provided the most innovative ideas and concepts for the forthcoming year.

It is the Company's maiden participation in the Birmingham Fair.

During the fair, the Company has received more than USD1.8 million orders predominately from new customers. This represented approximately in excess of 100 containers and displayed the overwhelming demand and increasing popularity of "CHEERS" recliner sofa. It also demonstrated the strong growth in the Group's export sales as they constantly secure new customers from the European market.

"Interiors 2011" is a unique opportunity for leading interiors manufacturers and suppliers, designers and architects, to compare an array of leading products from furniture, lighting, soft furnishings and accessories, from high-end to volume and traditional to modern for both the contract and home. It attracted more than 600 exhibitors with 70 new ones, including big brands, international trend-setters and the stars of tomorrow.
