(OTC BB: MNDLE.OB), a global mobile content provider, today announced its intent to acquire select mobile assets of Logia Group, a leading mobile content development and management solutions provider. Mandalay and Logia have signed a letter of intent (LOI) for a sixty (60) day exclusive period to explore this acquisition.
