Before that, Sinha was the Managing Director of the Asia Pacific region based in Singapore and covering Korea, China, Southeast Asia, Singapore, India, Australia and New Zealand. He also set up Microsoft's Global Technical Support Center in Bangalore, India, growing the team from 1 to 1500 Support Engineers in a span of three years.
