MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Oct. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Frost & Sullivan is pleased to announce Manish Sinha, Vice President, Global Customer Care for Yahoo!, as a keynote speaker for the 6th Annual Customer Contact 2010, West: A Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange, scheduled for October 17-20 in La Jolla, Calif. The event gathers the industry's leading thought leaders and executives to share smart strategies for competing and winning in customer experience.
