Mansfield acquires Lube-Tech fuel business and expands partnership

Adds scale in fuel supply and continues integration with Lube-Tech in Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS, June 9, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Mansfield Energy Corporation announced today it has acquired the commercial fuels business of Lubrication Technologies, Inc. and will partner with Lube-Tech to provide regional transportation, fuel terminaling, and equipment services for Mansfield in Minnesota. The acquisition follows on last month's acquisition of Yocum Oil in the Minnesota market. Lube-Tech's Roseville facility will house Mansfield and Lube-Tech fuel sales, customer service, dispatch and driver teams.

Lube-Tech's fuel business fits seamlessly into Mansfield's current fuel supply chain and builds on the Yocum volumes in the region. Adding both Lube-Tech and Yocum's fuel businesses to Mansfield's existing business in Minnesota provides customers the combination of local service, cutting edge technology solutions, and a scale of supply that is unmatched in the region.
