ATLANTA, May 31, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlanta rock artist Marco Restrepo, has scored a viral hit with a new video for his song titled "Paul McCartney". In a little less than a week after it's release, the video is already nearing half a million views, an impressive number for a relatively unknown artists whose previous most viewed video was just over 100k in four years.
The lighthearted video, which has a black and white vintage feel, features Restrepo accompanied by himself dressed up as three different aged McCartney's who collectively perform a sweet sounding song about love and entertainment. The three McCartney's (including bass, lead guitar and drums) back up an enthusiastic Restrepo (lead vocals and guitar) as he bounces around shaking his mop top like a true child of Beatle influence.
Marco himself has expressed disbelief by the sudden attention the video has received stating, "It's just something I created all by myself, I never would have thought this many would click it, maybe Paul McCartney himself will be one of them!"
The song comes from his last solo album titled Lonely Hearts Club which was released in March 2015. The song is available for download on iTunes.
