Mariner Consulting is a tax advisory affiliate that provides comprehensive compliance services, proactive, creative tax consulting and year-round tax planning for a wide range of clients.

Mariner Consulting focuses on identifying and analyzing a client's tax-saving opportunities and also assists with tax resolutions and with developing tax-saving strategies for clients. Led by managing partners Robert (Bob) Soza, CPA, and Stephen Creed, CPA, the Mariner Consulting team is comprised of tax professionals with decades of experience meeting the unique needs of high-net-worth families, senior executives, entrepreneurs, and privately held companies. The team is well versed in the complexities surrounding tax planning for various types of clients. With offices in Leawood, Kansas, and Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mariner Consulting plans to expand to other markets where Mariner Holdings has a presence.

To support this expansion and the firm's rapid growth, Mariner Consulting is actively seeking to hire nearly a dozen additional tax professionals. Current opportunities include positions as managers and senior managers, as well as tax seniors and tax staff in both the Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Leawood, Kansas, offices.
