Mark Reilly and Brenda Maldonado Join Verisight Inc.'s Compensation Advisory Services Practice in Chicago as Directors
Key Hires to Lead Expansion of Verisight's Capabilities and Offerings for Clients
CHICAGO, Aug. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Verisight Inc. (www.verisightgroup.com), a privately-held, national corporation that offers comprehensive retirement plan services and consulting solutions for a wide range of clients, today announced two senior level hires to its expanding Compensation Advisory Services division. Mark Reilly joins Verisight as Director to lead the executive compensation group. Brenda Maldonado will be responsible for bolstering business for the sales compensation area within the division.
Reilly brings deep expertise in executive compensation, including stock-based incentive plan design, expert testimony, and performance measurement, to a wide range of companies from start-ups to the Fortune 500. Most recently, he was a founding partner with Chicago-based 3C Consulting. Previously, he managed his own venture capital fund, MKR Investments LLC., and held executive compensation consulting positions with Sibson & Co, the Hay Group and Frederic Cook & Co.
Maldonado comes to Verisight with a strong background in sales compensation and a proven track record of advising domestic and international clients. She brings more than a decade of experience on sales compensation consulting across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Verisight, Brenda was a principal at The Cygnal Group a North Carolina-based consulting firm. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant with Towers Watson's Sales Effectiveness and Rewards Practice.

Verisight's Compensation Advisory Services work with all industries and have a specialization in healthcare, financial institutions and manufacturing, developing plans and programs tailored to clients' needs. Both new directors will report to Driscoll.
Reilly holds a bachelor's degree in finance and economics from Boston College and a master's degree in business from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Maldonado holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and also an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
