Marret Asset Management announces distribution for Marret Multi-Strategy Income Fund
TORONTO, Jan. 19, 2015 /CNW/ - Marret Asset Management Inc. announced an update today on the distribution amount of Marret Multi-Strategy Income Fund (TSX: MMF.UN). As part of its termination process, the fund will pay a distribution of $8.2041 per unit to Class A unitholders of record on January 19, 2015 ("Distribution Record Date") with a payment date on January 22, 2015 (the "Payment Date"). In accordance with the applicable rules of the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"), the "due bill" trading procedures of the TSX will apply to the distribution. The units will commence trading on an ex-dividend basis on January 23, 2015, as of which date purchases of units will no longer have an attaching entitlement to the distribution. The due bill redemption date will be January 27, 2015.
