
Mary Fulginiti Named Managing Director at Stroz Friedberg
Experienced white collar litigator, prosecutor, and news correspondent joins Los Angeles office
NEW YORK, Dec. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Stroz Friedberg LLC, a global investigations, intelligence, and risk services company, today announced that Mary Fulginiti has been named Managing Director. Based in Los Angeles, Ms. Fulginiti will focus on building the company's service offerings related to business intelligence, due diligence and corporate/fraud investigations on the West Coast.
Most recently, Ms. Fulginiti was a managing director at Kroll Advisory Solutions, where she led a broad spectrum of corporate and fraud investigations and managed compliance review, litigation support, and due diligence matters on behalf of multi-national companies. She brings substantial experience in background investigations and has worked closely with companies across the media, entertainment, education, and financial services industries.

Prior to joining Kroll Advisory Solutions, Ms. Fulginiti was an investigative news correspondent for ABC News, where she reported on a number of high-profile legal cases and human interest stories for "20/20," "Primetime," "Nightline," and "Good Morning America." She has also appeared as a legal analyst on NBC, CNN, and MSNBC. Prior to ABC, she served as counsel at international law firm Jones Day, focusing on a range of white-collar matters including embezzlement, fraud, and employee misconduct.
Ms. Fulginiti has also served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Los Angeles where she was responsible for investigations and prosecutions related to bank fraud, money laundering, tax fraud, embezzlement, and narcotics trafficking. Prior to that, she practiced in the area of civil and criminal litigation involving Fortune 500 companies, motion picture studios, and prominent individuals. She received her law degree from Georgetown University and graduated magna cum laude from Boston College.
