During the event, Materialise's Mimics inPrint software will be on display in four high-demand workshops introducing the process of converting Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) imaging into a 3D printed anatomical model. In addition to these workshops, Materialise Founder and CEO Wilfried Vancraen will address the event's 3D Printing Special Interest Group on Sunday, Nov. 27 at 1 p.m., discussing evidence-based medicine and the use of 3D printed anatomical models, guides and implants as the new standard of patient care.
