Mayorga Coffee to Close Two Locations at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital
ROCKVILLE, Md., July 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Mayorga Coffee announces that after almost ten years operating kiosks at the Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, both locations will close on July 29, 2013.
"We are very disappointed to have to leave these two locations," stated Martin Mayorga. "As a small, local business, we have always operated at the hospital with respect and care for visitors, doctors, nurses, and administrative staff." He continues, "I proposed the kiosks to their administration when my first child was born and was proud to develop the concept and see our name at the hospital. Naturally, we were troubled when hospital administration elected to hand our successfully operating locations to an international hospitality operator."
Mayorga Coffee continues to grow its national distribution of direct-sourced, small batch roasted coffees while maintaining a strong retail presence.
