DALLAS, Sept. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Throughout the State Fair, guests will have the opportunity to visit Maytag® brand's Dependable Cleaning Booth to determine their stain stats. It is here that grit, grime and stains will meet their match against Maytag® laundry appliances and consumers will and learn why Maytag delivers the best clearing in the industry.

That, combined with the number of family members, outdoor activities, late-night snackers and wine sippers adds up to countless potential stains. So no matter how high their stain stats, guests will learn they can still engage in all of life's activities because they can rely on Maytag® to keep their clothes looking new year after year.

Located in the Breezeway by the Creative Arts Building, the booth will feature Maytag® brand's top-loading Bravos® XL models with PowerSpray® technology and PowerWash® cycle.

The PowerSpray® technology ensures an even mix of water and detergent is applied directly to clothes throughout the wash cycle, while Optimal Dispensers combine with PowerSpray® to inject detergent and additives at the correct time. The PowerWash® cycle uses extra cleaning action, enhanced stain removal and a thorough rinse to drive out tough stains and deliver the best cleaning in the industry.

After learning about laundry tips from the Dependable Cleaning Booth, guests can visit the Maytag® Celebrity Chef Kitchen in the Creative Arts Building. Here they will enjoy world-class cooking demonstrations from over 100 local restaurant chefs.

Participating culinary experts include Bravo's Top-Chef contender Tiffany Derry, Fearing's Dean Fearing & Jill Bates, Oxygen Network's reality star Blythe Beck, and John Tesar. In addition to learning some great tips for the kitchen, guests will also have the opportunity to try the chefs' delicious creations.

Demonstrations for the Celebrity Chef Kitchen take place daily at 12:30, 2:30, 4:30 and 6 p.m. in the Creative Arts Building, and the Dependable Cleaning Booth is available throughout the duration of the fair.
