McCarthy Fingar, LLP Partner David A. Menken Achieves Certified Information Privacy Professional Designation

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., April 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Attorney David A. Menken, partner at White Plains law firm McCarthy Fingar LLP has this month achieved a Certified Information Privacy Professional - US (CIPP/US) designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, adding a strong knowledge of U.S. privacy laws and data security practices to his expertise in corporate and information technology law. 

The CIPP/US credential is the global standard in privacy certification and demonstrates a strong foundation in U.S. privacy laws and regulations and an understanding of the legal requirements for the lawful transfer of sensitive personal data to/from the United States, the European Union and other jurisdictions.
