James McIntyre is leading the client services group as the new director. He is joined by two new senior communications counsels, Joe Saylor and Greg Herzog, who individually and collectively fortify the agency's services across the spectrum of marketing communications.

As director of client services, James leads McBru's client services organization and ensures the highest level of results and satisfaction for the agency's clients. James' expansive agency experience covers technology sectors – server and storage hardware and software, electronics manufacturing and medical devices – as well as consumer ones. Prior to serving as senior communications counsel at McBru, James led public relations programs at Portland's Lane PR, helping companies in the financial services, insurance, health care and hospitality industries. His management experience includes a stint as a vice president with integrated technology communications firm Brostoff Associates, where James served category leaders such as Siemens, Teradyne and Philips Royal Electronics. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and philosophy from San Diego State University.
Senior Communications Counsel Joe Saylor brings 15 years of journalism and technology PR and marketing agency experience to McBru. After five years as a television news anchor and reporter, Joe joined Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, where he worked with business software provider SAP and Microsoft and contributed to the highly successful launch of Windows Server 2003. Joe has also led PR efforts for a number of technology industry standards organizations including the USB Implementers Forum and Communications Platforms Trade Association. Joe holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Oregon.
Prior to joining McBru, Senior Communications Counsel Greg Herzog served as a producer at Creative Media Development (CMD), where he directed interactive programs for clients including Microsoft, Cisco, Autodesk and SanDisk. He brings additional b-to-b direct marketing experience from his tenure at Babcock & Jenkins, where he worked with Microsoft, Sun, Ciena and FileNet. Greg has also served as senior account manager at Coates Kokes, leading advertising and public relations programs for clients such as the Portland-area professional sports teams and sustainable construction companies BetterBricks and Metro Paint. A native Idahoan, Greg earned his bachelor's in marketing from Boise State University.
