Mr. Rapp has a deep background as a Senior Analyst for value-oriented long equities and long/short equity funds. He also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings and private equity.

Previously, Mr. Rapp was a Senior Analyst at OSS Capital Management LP for its long/short hedge fund. There, he was a generalist responsible for more than $500 million in long and short equity investments at peak, with portfolio management responsibility and trading authorization. Mr. Rapp was also a Senior Analyst at Pierce Street Capital Management LLC for its long/short hedge fund. Earlier, he held positions in the mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings and private equity spaces.
Mr. Rapp holds an MBA from Harvard University and B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago, and attended the London School of Economics.
