HERRIMAN, Utah, Aug. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC) is pleased to announce that its Richmond American Homes of Utah subsidiary closed on property at Anthem in Herriman on July 15, 2014.

The new master-planned community of Anthem will include 143 homesites across three separate subdivisions: Acadia Park, Arches Park and Yukon Park. The subdivisions will be located within walking distance of new and future schools. Each will offer a distinctive collection of one- and two-story floor plans with abundant personalization options.
