MDHI Expands Marketing Initiatives With Largest Warehouse Club - Institutes New Internet Search Advertising Campaign

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., July 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. (OTCQB: MDHI.PK), today announced several expanded marketing initiatives to further increase market awareness for the MediPendant™ - the second generation personal medical alarm technology with speak and listen technology directly through the pendant.

The Company recently launched a strategic marketing partnership with the largest warehouse club store in the United States for sales of the Company's MediPendant™ product.  This program is now operational with orders being received and shipped on a daily basis.  On July 21st, the retailer will institute an email campaign to millions of targeted customers to promote market awareness and sales of the MediPendant™ device.  Several additional promotional events have also been scheduled and solidified, and will be implemented throughout the rest of this year.

Ronald Adams, President of MDHI said, "This next weekend we will begin our second email-based marketing campaign to target our retail partner's customer base.  Our relationship with this retailer continues to expand.  While we are excited about the promotion that will occur later this week, we are even more excited about our participation in the very large fall season promotion this retailer puts forth each year.  Our partner has given us a forecast of between 1,500 and 2,500 units for this promotion, which would easily put our quarterly sales well ahead of already record setting results.  We have also recently formalized additional promotions, which we expect to occur at various times throughout the rest of this year.
