(Pink Sheets: MDIN), today announced that the company's Corporate Counsel is attending the 2010 REALTORS Midyear Legislative Meetings & Trade Expo in Washington DC. This will begin the process of networking and the preparation of legal applications to offer NorthStar Business and Property Broker franchises to those interested in opening an office. Increasing public interest in the company, and the industry as a whole, has prompted NorthStar to embark on a franchise program.
