The properties consist of over thirty coffee producing plantations, several fruit bearing farms and even a small island.

The agreement outlines NorthStar's rights to list the properties on behalf of the seller and represents as much as a ten percent commission upon sale to the company which translates into well over ten million dollars. This is NorthStar's first international listing and the Company has plans to expand very quickly to grab global market share.
