(Med-X) today announced that it has been qualified by The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to sell shares to the general public through its Regulation A+ equity crowdfunding initiative as the next phase in the company's fundraising strategy. Med-X is the first company in the cannabis industry to be qualified by the SEC for a public offering under these rules.
