WellCare has selected two key solutions -- MedAssurant's CARA™ and Prospective Advantage™ -- to enhance its ability to improve patient care, quality outcomes and financial performance for its Medicare and Medicaid members. CARA, or Capitation Risk Adjustment, is a process that identifies, analyzes, pursues and documents a plan's risk adjustment dataset. Prospective Advantage combines advanced health care data analytics with coordination of patient and provider encounters to deliver an integrated solution that supports the achievement and documentation of quality and care.
