MedClean Technologies Signs Distribution Agreement With Ace Technologies, to Target Over 2,000 Canadian Hospitals

BETHEL, Conn., July 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MedClean Technologies (OTC Bulletin Board: MCLN), the leading provider of onsite technology for the treatment and disposal of medical waste and the destruction of confidential documents and related media, today announced it has signed a distributor agreement with Ace Technologies ("Ace"), Inc., an industry leader in providing full turn-key network solutions, security, and monitoring services in Canada. To facilitate distribution, Ace has formed a new company, MedClean Canada, to deliver integrated onsite medical waste disposal and onsite document destruction technology and services to target over 2,000 Canadian Hospitals.  Each party expects to recognize $1 million to $2 million in revenue in the first year of the agreement.

MedClean Canada will be responsible for the entire country as it expands its sales force and opens remote offices in the Prairie Region and Vancouver. Ace Technologies has established relationships with 41 hospitals throughout Canada for network solutions, security, and monitoring services, and MedClean Canada anticipates leveraging this installed base and the existing relationships, targeting a large number of hospitals throughout Canada as potential customers. Accordingly, MedClean Canada is uniquely equipped to deliver MedClean Technologies' cost-reduction message to the appropriate executives in this marketplace in an expeditious manner and will be perfectly positioned to service both French and English customers.  MedClean Canada will serve as the focal point for installations, training and preventative maintenance for the Canadian market for MedClean Technologies.
