(OTCQB: MDFI), a leader in Internet-enabled Personal Health Record (iPHR) management solutions, today announced that in response to the magnitude 8.9 earthquake and massive tsunami tragedy that recently struck Japan, the Company will donate 15% of all online sales of MedeFile memberships – processed through its web site (www.medefile.com) from today through April 15, 2011 – to the American Red Cross for the Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami Fund.
