Much-Anticipated Campaign Designed to Make Residents Believe in Detroit

Who: City of Detroit Mayor Dave Bing and "I'm a Believer" campaign co-founders Paige Curtis, CEO of The Curtis Group, and Sandy Hermanoff, CEO of Hermanoff Public Relations.
What: The official launch of the campaign with more than 200 leaders from southeastern Michigan in attendance.
"I'm a Believer" is a dynamic marketing campaign designed to change the hearts and minds of the people living in and around the city, holding residents accountable to create an army of Believers who will be ambassadors and volunteers.
TV and radio PSAs, print ads and billboards feature local celebrities, media personalities and leaders from the business, political and educational communities.
A website (www.believeindetroit.org) urges viewers to volunteer, tutor a child, plant a garden, clean up a neighborhood –whatever it takes to make Detroit a great city again.
