MediaG3 Announces Teaming Agreement With ID Consulting Solutions

BOISE, Idaho, May 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- MediaG3, Inc. (OTCPK: MDGC) today announced the Company has entered into a teaming agreement with ID Consulting Solutions, LLC, a consulting, planning, management, engineering and integration firm, to pursue business opportunities relating to advanced telecommunications, high-speed data services, wireless broadband, backhaul, and hybrid network deployments.

ID Consulting Solutions' 27 years of engineering experience will integrate MediaG3's patented Local Multipoint Distribution Service (LMDS) with other vendor equipment to build new MediaG3-based hybrid networks.  This teaming agreement will extend the reach and deployment potential for MediaG3's service offerings.
