MediaLink LLC Launches Executive Search Practice

NEW YORK, April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- MediaLink LLC has launched an Executive Search Practice and hired Christopher Nutile, one of the most respected professionals in the executive search and talent acquisition sector, to run it as Director of Executive Search, it was announced today by MediaLink Chairman & CEO Michael Kassan and President & COO Wenda Harris Millard. Nutile joins from Google, where he most recently drove recruiting efforts for the digital giant's newly formed Agency Relations organization and the direct sales operation within Google Canada.

Nutile brings more than 15 years of staffing and global human resources experience to the firm, with particular success in the online media space. Over the course of the past decade and a half, he was instrumental in building the sales organizations at Google and Yahoo! in the U.S., Canada and Latin America, and developed a best-in-breed talent pool at digital agency powerhouse Razorfish.

At Google, he held numerous human resources positions during two tours of duty, most recently consulting as a Senior Sales Recruiter. Nutile also served as Senior Staffing Manager, Media Sales, at Yahoo!, and became its first dedicated HR professional embedded with the client group in the Miami-based Yahoo! Latin American Division.

As Director of Recruiting for Razorfish, Nutile designed the digital shop's Talent Acquisition strategy, served on the Razorfish Global Executive HR Team, and was responsible for building the organization from 600 to 2200 employees in two years.

Nutile began his recruiting career with Prism Healthcare while attending the University of Massachusetts.
