As it relates to billing, it has transformed and automated what was once an arduous eight-hour per week process into a virtually paperless function that takes mere minutes to complete. Notably, greater efficiencies have eliminated Grey Eye Care's requirement for a full-time records clerk, as the system automatically pulls up all medical records including individual patient information, prescriptions and dosages.
