MedSource National Names Tony Riccardi President and Prepares for Nationwide Expansion with the Addition of a New Partner

GARDEN CITY, N.Y., Nov. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- MedSource National has expanded its executive team and ownership group by adding Tony Riccardi to its majority shareholder team.

As the company's newly appointed President, Riccardi brings to MedSource National nearly two decades of IME and managed care expertise. With a keen focus on operating and growing the company, Riccardi and current MedSource CEO Andrew Weaderhorn will be equal ownership partners and will comprise the company's majority shareholder group.

The Riccardi-Weaderhorn team boasts significant C-level experience in the areas of IME and managed care and have a 12+ year history of successfully working together to provide IME solutions to insurance carriers, employers and third party administrators.
