Immediate Projects
To kick off the relationship, Merced Systems and OpenSymmetry hosted a series of breakfast briefings in Sydney and Melbourne, entitled "Aligning Incentives with Corporate Goals." Held in late September, the events featured a former executive from Bank of America discussing how they increased customer satisfaction across branch and contact center networks. The events were designed to help senior sales & finance executives, sales directors, sales operations directors, incentive executives, call/contact center directors, and HR business partners better understand how to deploy and manage incentive programs across multiple channels.
