Merrick Towle Communications Wins NAHB Pillars of the Industry Award for Best Overall Leasing Campaign
BELTSVILLE, Md., Oct. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Merrick Towle Communications (MTC), an integrated marketing communications firm in the DC Metro area, was awarded a national Pillars of the Industry award for the Best Overall Leasing Campaign for the year 2012. The award identifies the best real estate marketing in the country. Winners were honored during a virtual ceremony this afternoon at 2:00 p.m. EDT.
The firm was recognized amongst its peers in real estate for developing a winning strategy in the Marketing category for Best Overall Leasing Campaign for a Rental Apartment Community for client The NRP Group, developers of Cevallos Lofts Apartments in San Antonio, Texas. The NRP Group was also awarded Multifamily Developer of the Year. Another of MTC's clients, B.F. Saul, won in the category of Best High-Rise Apartment for Clarendon Center in Arlington, Virginia.
