Merrick Towle Communications Wins Three CAMME Awards for 215 West

BELTSVILLE, Md., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- In a statement issued today, Harry L. Merrick IV, President and Chief Executive Officer of Merrick Towle Communications ("MTC"), announced that the Chicagoland Apartment Association ("CAA") has awarded the agency three prestigious Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence ("CAMME") awards for their work on 215 West Apartments, the brand new, 389 unit, 50-story apartment residence at 215 West Washington Street. The project is LEED Registered and seeks LEED Certification in early 2011.

Held on October 15th 2010 at the Chicago Marriot Downtown Magnificent Mile, the CAA ceremony recognized MTC and 215 West with awards for the best property advertising campaign, the best property marketing in electronic form (for 215WestApts.com and corresponding interactive touch-screen leasing kiosks) and for property marketing and advertising excellence for the entire market.

Merrick Towle Communication centered the campaign on 215 West's intention to seek LEED Certification and used such innovations as an interactive virtual building tour and a neighborhood map containing carbon footprint information based on transportation options.
