MetaCommunications Names Creative Industry Exec Scott Kokotan As Chief Financial Officer

IOWA CITY, Iowa, Aug. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- MetaCommunications, Inc. the leading provider of smart planning and project management software for marketing and creative teams, today announced the appointment of Scott Kokotan as Chief Financial Officer. Kokotan will oversee all elements of the company's finance and administrative operations. Previously Kokotan served as the CFO and Vice Chairman for IMM, LLC, a privately-held advertising agency.

Kokotan began his financial career in accounting, consulting and investing before making the switch to lead a high-growth software, technology and social media firm. As President and CFO of Wasinger Tech in Overland Park, Kansas, he facilitated the growth and expansion of the company through the development and launch of new products and services and strategic process improvement. From there, Kokotan went on to lead Boulder-based IMM as CFO and Vice Chairman. At IMM, he grew the advertising agency from 40 to 115 people and more than doubled billings in just three years.
