LAS VEGAS, April 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- MetaPower International, Inc. (OTCPK: MTPR) is pleased to announce that the Company has posted its audited 2012 Year End financial report on  MetaPower International's revenues for the year ending December 31, 2012 were $16,543,771, which was under our goal by 2.68%.  The Company's EBITDA for 2012 was $933,378, which beat our goal by 16.67%, all of which was all generated from operations.   

The Presidents message accompanying the report outlines MetaPower's year-end results, as well as the company goals for 2013.
