TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 19, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- MedHOK, Inc., part of the Hearst Health network, and a healthcare technology pioneer, announced today it has rebranded as MHK. Simplifying the original company name to a three-letter abbreviation for Medical House of Knowledge elevates the focus on its SaaS platform, designed to improve quality, efficiency, and member outcomes on behalf of health plan customers.

"During meetings with customers, partners, and consultants throughout 2018 and confirmed through a brand equity study, it became clear that 'MedHOK' was often misunderstood and lacked brand value. Transitioning to MHK, in the context of our integrated pharmacy and medical platform, forms the foundation for the Medical House of Knowledge as a natural evolution of our brand," commented Gary Stuart, MHK's president appointed in early 2018.
