(a Nevada corporation) appoints Scott L. Weiner to the position of President and as a member of its Board of Directors. Scott along with MJTV's CEO James M. Farinella, will oversee the conception and execution of the brand's strategy and guide the direction of the company so as to meet its profitability goals.
