
Michelle McKenna to Deliver Closing Keynote Address at the CIO Global Forum
PLEASANTON, Calif., Oct. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Telwares CIO Global Forum is pleased to announce that Michelle McKenna, newly appointed senior vice president and CIO of the National Football League, will serve as the closing keynote speaker during the two-day event on November 6 – 7 in New York City.
McKenna's speech, "Forever Forward, Forever Football," will focus on the evolving role of CIOs in the corporate playbook and innovation as a game changer on the field, in the stadium and at home.
McKenna is responsible for the NFL's strategy, shared service delivery and management of the league's corporate technology activities. McKenna joined the NFL this fall from Constellation Energy in Baltimore where she was CIO. Before joining Constellation, McKenna worked in various senior management and information technology positions at several FORTUNE 500 corporations. This included serving as senior vice president and CIO for Universal Studios and Centex Homes, as well as vice president of Information Technology for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.
