WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Mickey Ibarra & Associates kicked off its tenth year of service today by announcing the firm has changed its name to the IBARRA STRATEGY GROUP (ISG) -- a government and public affairs firm providing strategic advocacy services to corporate and non-profit clients.

In addition, Maritza Kelley joins the ISG team as the firm's newest associate.  Kelley previously served as Policy Director for the Mexican-American Legislative Caucus of Texas.  She will provide policy, research and advocacy services.
