MEMPHIS, Tenn., May 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc. (NYSE: MAA) today announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly common dividend of $0.615 per share payable on July 30, 2010 to shareholders of record on July 15, 2010.
As established in prior quarters, the company is declaring its quarterly common dividend in advance of its earnings announcement, which it expects to make on August 5, 2010.
