Midco Connections Announces Expansion Plans

SIOUX FALLS, S.D., May 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Midco Connections announced today that it will expand its operations to a second site effective September 1, 2011 in Fargo, North Dakota. "We are elated to be expanding into the Fargo market for multiple reasons," said Midco Connections General Manager Cordell Brooks. Based on current projections, Midco Connections is expected to bring as many as 300 new jobs to the Fargo area over the next three years including management, training and service related positions. It is anticipated that nearly 100 new jobs will be created in the Fargo office beginning in the third quarter of 2011. Midco Connections specializes in serving clients in the catalog and e-commerce industries with about 95% of current business funneling through this channel. In addition, Midco also provides call center services for the pharmaceutical, legal and financial markets in a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant environment.
